Conditions of Participation for PrepLounge Career Events (Speed Recruiting, Career Week, Consulting Career Days)

1. Participants expressly agree to the forwarding of their application documents, in particular their uploaded CV, to the respective participating consulting firms for the purpose of event preparation.
2. In addition, participants agree to the forwarding of further personal information that they voluntarily provide as part of their event application, such as field of study, final grade, gender, language skills, availability or comparable profile-related information.
3. PrepLounge reserves the right to transfer information that is already contained in the uploaded CV into structured additional fields, tags or profile information in order to provide a clearer overview and facilitate event preparation. This information may be shared with the respective participating consulting firms together with the CV.
4. Providing additional information outside the CV is voluntary. However, it may help facilitate the preparation and execution of the respective event as well as the matching of participants with suitable interview opportunities.
5. In the context of the respective event and only for the purpose of coordination with the participants, they may be contacted via phone number or e-mail address contained in the uploaded CV.
6. The course of the event will be determined by PrepLounge and the participants will be informed in time.
7. The instructions of PrepLounge must be followed at the event.
8. If urgent reasons require a change of the event location or date, the participants will be informed in time, if possible.
9. If a disruption or cancellation of the event is caused by the operator of the event location, PrepLounge is not liable for any additional costs. There are no claims for compensation against PrepLounge.
10. If the course of the event is disrupted by delays or inappropriate behavior by participants, PrepLounge reserves the right to exclude these persons from the event at short notice and to charge them for any additional expenses incurred.
11. PrepLounge is expressly permitted by the participants to subsequently publish photo and video recordings of the event unless the participants explicitly object to this at the event.

Travel Expense Reimbursement (2nd Class Rail) in Connection with the Consulting Career Days

1. Upon request, the organizer grants participants of the recruiting event reimbursement of travel costs for arrival and departure by train, up to a maximum total amount of EUR 80.00 (including statutory VAT).
2. Reimbursement is conditional upon actual participation in the event. Costs will only be reimbursed if the participant attends and takes part in the event.
3. Only verifiable costs will be reimbursed upon submission of appropriate original receipts or digital proof (e.g. tickets, invoices). The organizer reserves the right to reimburse only reasonable and customary travel expenses (in particular 2nd class).
4. Reimbursement will be made exclusively after the event via bank transfer. For this purpose, the required information (in particular bank details) must be submitted completely and correctly.
5. Costs incurred due to non-attendance, late arrival, or independent cancellation will not be reimbursed.
6. Claims for reimbursement must be submitted within 14 days after the end of the event. After this period, the claim will expire.
7. The right to reimbursement is non-transferable.
