One of the two most important frameworks and issue-trees we use in Management Consulting is the profitability framework. It helps us solve profit-related problems or problems related to revenue and/or costs. The framework also helps us to understand a company's business model so that we have a better understanding of what drives the business in terms of performance.
During this course we will be discussing the profit framework and we will work on two practice cases. These cases are designed to help you use the profit framework to solve the client problem. Both cases end with an assessment where you will be tested based on scenarios we present to you.
At the end of the course you will be able to use the profit framework to solve profit-related problems which will be required when you start working on project cases.
