Preparing for Monitor Deloitte's numerical and verbal tests. Any recommendations?

I've read that they seem to have changed their test. How was it before? What did you need to prep before as opposed to now? Are they still using shl? How good are assessmentday.co.uk and graduatesfirst.com?
