Hi Anonymous,
in general you should be ready for all the different case variations, but indeed there are patterns in some offices in terms of different cases which can be useful to consider. I helped many people for the McKinsey Milan office and have several real case questions asked there, please feel free to PM me for more information.

Hi,
It does not make any sense since McKinsey has hundreds of cases. Thus:
- Trying to collect the cases from your particular office is not productive
- Even if you have the cases in advance - there is always a chance of getting it wrong from the other person and knowing the similar but the wrong case in advance can negatively impact your interview
- Cases across different offices don't differ that much. So why don't you just start collecting McKinsey cases in general?
