Should one use College email address or personal mail id while applying for the consulting firms, do recruiters processes the application faster and priorities the one with the college email address in CV screening . Any views ?

The email you use doesn’t really have an impact unless you use a personal one that is clearly unprofessional (name.last or minor variations of that are the best choice).
Possibly a screening software may be able to recognize a school keyword in an email. However, given that the keyword is already present in your CV in the education part, it should not have any impact.

Agree with Pedro - in general, your email address will make absolutely not matter for recruiters within MBB.
For smaller consultancies, however, the email domain may, in some cases, sends a quality (i.e. urgency) signal to the HR team. That said, if you have a very strong school on your cv, no harm in trying to leverage that.
No one cares about the email domain you use. Use the one to which YOU pay more attention.

It doesn't matter, but, if you're recruiting via your college/university, you should just use your school email (why not!).
