I spent nearly 3 years at McKinsey, most recently as a Senior Business Analyst, and also served as the BA recruiting lead for my office. In that role, I interviewed candidates, reviewed resumes, and participated in candidate evaluation discussions, giving me firsthand experience evaluating strong consulting candidates and understanding the qualities that help them stand out.
My coaching combines the perspective of a successful MBB candidate, former McKinsey consultant, and interviewer/recruiting lead.
