As an INSEAD MBA, former BCG consultant, and holder of McKinsey and BCG offers, I understand what separates good candidates from those who actually pass the MBB bar.

My coaching focuses on actionable feedback and rapid improvement. I help candidates sharpen their case-solving, communication, and fit interview performance through detailed observations and targeted coaching. My goal is not just to help you practice, but to help you identify and close the gaps that stand between you and an offer.

I am particularly passionate about supporting MBA students, international candidates, and experienced hires. Having navigated these transitions myself, I can also help candidates prepare for the integration and onboarding challenges that come after receiving an offer.
