I have been the person who decides who gets the offer

For eight of my nine years at BCG I was an interviewer, including final decision rounds and expert-track interviews. I also led recruiting, first as captain of BCG Middle East's Spanish recruiting channel and then as Recruiting Director for the Bay Area. I have seen the whole funnel, from a single case to how an office actually decides who to hire, so I know what turns into an offer and what quietly gets a candidate cut.

What makes me different

Most coaches can tell you how they passed their own interviews. I can tell you how the people on the other side of the table think, because that was my job for years. I also climbed the ladder myself, from recruiting out of my MBA at IESE to Managing Director and Partner, and then made the jump into tech as a VP of Product at Salesforce. So I can help you at any stage: getting in, doing well early, pushing for the next promotion, or moving from consulting into tech.

One thing held true at every level. The people who do well are rarely the most talented in the room. They are the ones who understood how the game actually works and prepared for it. A lot of consulting runs on unwritten rules that nobody hands you. My job is to hand them to you.

How I can help

  • Breaking into consulting: case interviews, structuring, market sizing and math, and the fit and PEI stories that decision rounds actually score.
  • Early career: getting staffed well, using feedback, and building the reputation that earns the next promotion.
  • Mid career: the climb toward Principal and Partner, and how to build the case for yourself.
  • Consulting to tech: which roles fit you, how to position your experience, and how to prepare for the interviews on the other side.

What a session with me looks like

We start with where you are and where you are trying to get, so we spend the time on what matters most for you. If you are prepping cases, I run them the way a real interviewer runs them, not a gentle practice round, then give you direct, specific feedback on your structure, your math, your communication, and the small things that quietly cost people offers. If we are working on fit or PEI, I pressure-test your stories the way a decision round would. You leave every session with a short, prioritized list of exactly what to fix before we meet again.

I am honest, and I will not tell you something is fine when it is not. That is the point of working with someone who used to make the call. Tell me your target irm and your timeline, and we will build the plan from there.
