I spent several years as an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman's Health & Life Sciences practice, where I was involved in consulting recruiting across undergraduate, MBA, and PhD pipelines -- conducting roughly 50 interviews in total. I also went through the recruiting process myself, working through the full case and fit sequence at firms across MBB, Tier 2, Big Four, and top boutiques.
That combination shapes how I coach. I know what interviewers are looking for at each stage because I've been one. I also know what the process actually feels like from the candidate side, across firm types, not just one.
Sessions are practical. We work on what you need -- case structure, fit narrative, market sizing, firm-specific prep -- and I'll tell you directly where you're losing points and why.
I'm currently an active consultant, so this isn't retrospective advice. I work with candidates at all stages, from first practice case to final round prep.
