About Jorge
Coaching Approach
Experience

I am an Associate in M&A at a leading European investment bank (Santander), based in Frankfurt, with hands-on experience in live transactions, financial modeling and deal execution.

I have been involved in multiple sell-side and buy-side processes across different sectors, working directly on valuation, due diligence and client interaction.

I know exactly what banks look for in candidates because I have been through the full recruiting process myself and I now sit on the other side.

I help candidates break into Investment Banking, Private Equity and Corporate Finance roles by focusing on what actually matters in interviews.
