I spent 5+ years at McKinsey, from Summer Business Analyst through Engagement Manager, and I've been involved in the interview process throughout - coaching applicants from my first year, then conducting real interviews as I progressed. During my MBA, I helped classmates land MBB offers, and it's something I've kept doing since.
