Hi, I'm Lucas – Ex-McKinsey Junior Engagement Manager with 4+ years on the job and 50+ real candidate interviews conducted across all rounds. I know exactly what interviewers look for because I've been on the other side of the table dozens of times. Now I help candidates prepare with the same rigor and structure I used to evaluate them.
