I am a former McKinsey consultant with hands-on experience conducting over 100 interviews during my time at the firm. Alongside my consulting career, I actively supported MBA colleagues in their interview preparation, helping many of them secure offers from MBB firms. Today, as a professional career coach, I continue to work closely with candidates to help them develop strong case structuring, clear communication, and confident interview presence, ultimately supporting them in converting interviews into offers.

My coaching approach is highly collaborative and tailored to each candidate. I am passionate about helping people land roles that truly align with their goals, and I work as a thought partner to help clients shape compelling, authentic stories for personal experience interviews. In parallel, I focus on building interview confidence through structured case practice, detailed and actionable feedback, and clear guidance on what interviewers are truly assessing, helping candidates learn how to think like the interviewer rather than simply memorize frameworks.
