Before joining McKinsey, I personally went through the full MBB recruiting process and received offers from all three firms. During my time at McKinsey, I interviewed and assessed hundreds candidates across entry-level, experienced hire, and senior profiles, and led interviewer training and calibration. This gave me a precise understanding of what drives pass versus fail decisions - not in theory, but in real interview rooms. This allows me to combine interviewer standards with targeted, practical coaching.

My coaching is deliberately different from most PrepLounge profiles.
I do not teach frameworks, scripts, or “model answers”. I teach candidates how to think like consultants from a blank page, under pressure, with the same standards interviewers apply internally. Sessions are run as realistic interview simulations, with direct, honest feedback on structure, judgment, communication, and presence.
My background in startups and scale-ups matters because consulting interviews are not about being clever. They are about making decisions with imperfect data, prioritizing fast, and standing behind a recommendation. That is what I coach.
