I am a former Associate & Engagement Manager at McKinsey, with 4 years of experience leading strategy and transformation projects across multiple industries. In addition to client work, I was actively involved in recruiting, having conducted interviews and assessed 50+ candidates across different seniority levels.
I have personally mastered preparation for job and university interviews, using an original, structured approach that has consistently delivered results. This approach helped me secure offers from McKinsey and BCG, complete a PhD with honors, gain admission to the University of Oxford, and successfully complete two Master’s degrees in parallel.
Today, I coach candidates preparing for MBB consulting roles, MBA admissions, and competitive academic programs, focusing on structured thinking, rigorous problem-solving, and confident communication under pressure.
My overarching objective is to ensure each candidate’s success. Preparing for top-tier interviews requires going the extra mile, and I fully commit to that journey alongside my candidates - providing guidance, structure, and support every step of the way.
Successful interview preparation is about understanding what interviewers actually look for - and how candidates are evaluated behind the scenes. My coaching starts with a precise assessment of each candidate’s strengths and gaps, allowing us to focus on the areas that matter most.
I break down every stage of the interview and application process and share insider insights from the interviewer’s perspective, including how to truly differentiate as a candidate. As a result, candidates develop a clear, structured playbook that enables them to approach questions with confidence-often knowing the right direction before the question is even finished.
