In addition to client work, I was actively involved in recruiting, having conducted interviews and assessed 50+ candidates across different seniority levels.
I have personally mastered preparation for job and university interviews, using an original, structured approach that has consistently delivered results. This approach helped me secure offers from McKinsey and BCG, complete a PhD with honors, gain admission to the University of Oxford, and successfully complete two Master’s degrees in parallel.
Today, I coach candidates preparing for MBB consulting roles, MBA admissions, and competitive academic programs, focusing on structured thinking, rigorous problem-solving, and confident communication under pressure.
