Welcome – I’m Aitor, ex-Bain Senior Manager & IESE MBA
Hi! I’m Aitor, an ex-Bain & Company Manager and IESE MBA with more than 5 years of strategy consulting experience across multiple industries and countries. I now work in Zurich Insurance’s internal consulting team, so I’m very close to how top-tier firms think, hire and develop their people.
Over the last years I’ve conducted 50+ real interviews and 100+ mock interviews with candidates applying to MBB and other top consulting firms. I know exactly what interviewers look for in both case and fit / PEI interviews, and where strong candidates typically struggle.
Also, during my MBA student time, I was a VP of the Consulting Club and I was in charge of developing the 1st IESE casebook, which has been used by several students and candidates afterwards
