I am a former BCG Principal with 8 years of experience in the Private Equity practice, where I led commercial due diligences, value-creation programs, and growth strategy projects across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. I have recruited, interviewed, and coached dozens of candidates for BCG, helping them build the structured problem-solving, business intuition, and communication skills needed to succeed. Today, I serve as Director of Partner Network at Blueground, applying the same analytical and leadership toolkit to large-scale operational and commercial challenges.
