I worked for three years in consulting, during which I interviewed candidates for both internship and full-time positions. I received offers from Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company. After joining Bain, I participated in interviews for Associate roles and later started at H.I.G. Capital in the Hamburg office, where I was also involved in assessing candidates for internship and full-time positions.
