I am an experienced hire to McKinsey with a deep understanding of the interview process. I am a former McKinsey EM who really enjoys helping candidates develop their interviewing skills and understands how to get candidates to interview in a manner that emphasizes their personality and approach. I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach to coaching, I will work with you to build a personalized plan to become a successful candidate

I have interviewed >100 real candidates for McKinsey and have a clear understanding of what actual McKinsey interviewers look for from applicants. In my experience as an interviewer I have come across many candidates, and helped coach candidates to land their dream job. I had a 100% success rate with candidates that I've coached, because I focus on what makes each candidate unique and help them highlight their strengths while improving development areas to holistically "wow" future interviewers. I have worked with candidates to improve all aspects of interviewing; communication, structuring, style, conceptual problem solving, analytical problem solving, arithmetic, starting a case, synthesizing a case. I take detailed notes to be able to provide tangible and actionable feedback to more effectively approach case interviews to become an exceptional candidate
