Hi! I have been a CASE PREP COACH for 6+ YEARS. I worked at BCG in NYC as a consultant. I started my coaching career by working at another coach prep company. I have done 700+ CASE PREP SESSIONS with students, experienced hires, and many more. I now work as an independent consultant and investor. I am new to this platform and excited to work with you. I have included additional details below.
- Case Coaching Experience: I joined a interview preparation organization in December 2017. During my tenure, I did 700+ case interviews with candidates. I have done market size, interviewer-led, interviewee-led, and many more case types. I have worked with MBAs, undergrads, masters students, law students, medical students, experienced hires, lateral hires, etc.. I know what it takes to get into MBB and consulting.
- My Personal Consulting Interview Story: I did not do a summer internship with BCG. I only interviewed for the full-time positions. I ended up doing final interviews with Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, Bain, Strategy& and BCG. After I received the offer from BCG, I canceled my other interviews. I did roughly 70 practice sessions with classmates. I started preparation in August for the October interviews.
- BCG Consulting Experience: I worked at BCG as a consultant for about two years. I did three cases on Change Management and in the People and Organization Group. I helped execute two full reorganizations for large Fortune 500 companies. I also conducted an executive leadership and culture workshop for a Fortune 500 insurance company. Lastly, I led a module for a 3-year revenue strategy for a large Fortune 500 pharma company.
- Additional Work Experience: Outside of consulting, I have worked mainly in strategy, business development, and investing. I have worked at two tech accelerators, a VC fund, an angel fund, at a corporate venture capital fund, and as a venture scout. I also worked at Amazon in the Venture Capital BD group, where I managed relationships with large venture funds and supported their startups. I also did practice interviews with candidates and real interviews for Amazon. These interviews resemble Mckinsey PEI. I am currently doing independent consulting and personal investing.
