I'm an ex-McKinsey Engagement Manager who has played the interviewer role. I've officially coached 15+ candidates, and interviewed 25+ candidates for generalist positions and 10+ specialist positions. Years ago, I was a candidate and had been through the process of all the 3 firms plus a few boutiques.
