Based on many case interviews I gave at BCG, and my own experience of the case preparation, I give you a personalized preparation
1. Discovery : First session is free, relatively short (30min) is a discovery phase, where we :
- discuss your key objectives (e.g. which companies you want to apply, where)
- Timeline
- Key focus (case prep, fit question)
2. Baseline: In the first session, we will do a real case interview, structured as follows, to see what is your starting point, and where you need to focus:
- Case interview (35-40min max), based on real cases I had at BCG or cases I gave during BCG recruitment process
- Case Feedback (10min)
- Fit questions: I will ask behavioral questions based on the ones I asked and the one I received.
3. Workplan: I will send you, in my view, what should be your workplan to ace the recruitment process. Then, it will be up to you to choose if you want to do it with me or on your own.
In summary, a in-depth discovery, accurate baseline, and detailed workplan will set you on the path to success !
