Pragmatic approach tested with +20 interviewees. I like to run complete interviews to see strengths and weaknesses in the interviewee - indeed I have cases that let me understood how interviewee performs in different key aspects.
After the first meeting, we focus on the weaknesses to polish them and ensure the interviewee cracks the interview.
Worth mentioning, I am always open to my interviewees demands, as the most important point is that interviewee feels capable and confortable when cracking the cases.
