During the PrepLounge Career Weeks, everything revolves around women in consulting. From March 02-13, 2026, you’ll have the chance to connect with companies, gain exclusive insights, and take part in exciting activities. From March 09-13, 2026, you can also meet participating consultancies in a personal one-on-one call.

Speed Recruiting: Your Opportunity to Connect with Top Companies!
Simply upload your CV and choose from the participating companies you'd like to have a conversation with. If the company is also interested, the meeting will take place! It’s usually an informal coffee chat with one of the consultants, typically lasting 60 minutes.
You will receive a confirmation of your appointment, along with a message from the company, including all the relevant details and a link to the conversation.
Preparation is key: We recommend that you take the time to familiarize yourself with:
- What does the company do?
- What are their focus areas?
- Which offices do they have?
- Also, prepare some potential questions you’d like to ask.
Commitment: If you can’t attend or are no longer interested, please make sure to cancel in advance. This will allow other candidates the chance to take your spot.
