Who We Are
We are a diverse team based in Cologne, united by a shared passion: helping people unlock their full potential and take the next step in their careers.
With PrepLounge, we create a place where people from all over the world can come together, learn from each other, and support one another in their professional development. Our goal is to provide everyone with the tools, methods, and content that best fit their needs and help them achieve their career goals.
What makes us strong as a team is our diversity. We bring different perspectives and very different strengths and weaknesses to the table. We complement each other, challenge each other, and know that we can rely on one another. 💪🏻
And for us, being a team is about more than just what we achieve together. Every three weeks, two team members cook lunch for everyone else. We call it PrepLunch. Outside of everyday work, our game nights, Carnival celebrations, and Christmas parties give us plenty of opportunities to create stories and memories together.
And because at PrepLounge we are more than just colleagues, we call ourselves Preppies. And our Christmas party? Of course, it’s PrepMas. 💚💙

Benjamin, our CEO, keeps the big picture in view and makes sure we stay focused on where we want to go.
Business Development
Our Business Development team builds and maintains relationships with our partner companies and brings them together with our community through recruiting events and other initiatives.
IT
David takes care of everything tech-related, from keeping the PrepLounge website running smoothly to making sure our hardware and software in the office work as they should.
Product & Design
Our Product team shapes the future of PrepLounge. They develop new features, improve existing ones, and turn ideas into products our community can use.
Coaching & Marketing
Coaching & Marketing is all about communication and connection. The team engages with our community, creates our creative content and appearances, and works closely with our coaches.
Team Assistant
Maggy keeps things running behind the scenes. She takes care of internal processes, organization, and accounting, making sure everything is in place so the rest of the team can focus on their work.
