I was recently invited to complete the Whiteshield assessment, which I’ve already finished. For those who have been through the process before, how long did it take for them to get back to you, and what are the next steps?

Usually they takes about one to two weeks to get back after the online assessment, though it can be quicker if they’re actively hiring for your profile. The next step is typically a case interview round combined with some personal fit questions, and then a final partner round if you progress.
