When creating a structure, how do I tell the difference between drivers and levers?

My understanding is that drivers come first at the highest level in the issue tree, followed by levers. Is this true? How do I differentiate between drivers and levers?

Hi,

Your question is more about wording. In my understanding drivers are the CURRENT FACTORS influencing the result (revenue drivers). Levers are the MEANS to improve the situation IN THE FUTURE (e.g. Increasing price for category A).

Good luck!
