I’m preparing for final-round interviews for a lateral/experienced-hire Associate role at BCG in a US West Coast office next week.
For those familiar with this process, what types of cases have candidates typically seen? Are they generally standard case formats, or more partner-led, ambiguous, and judgment-heavy?
Also very interested in whether the interview style differs meaningfully from undergraduate or MBA recruiting.
