Hi Juan Pablo,

based on my experience in Italy:

  • Prestige is below MBB and 2nd tier (OW, RB, ATK, Strategy&)
  • Entry level compensation is 20% below 1st and 2nd tier
  • Sector specific (in Italy they are mainly focused on public sector)
  • Feasible to move from there to 2nd tier. Some people manage to move to MBB directly but it’s not so common
