Hi Juan Pablo,

based on my experience in Italy:

Prestige is below MBB and 2nd tier (OW, RB, ATK, Strategy&)
Entry level compensation is 20% below 1st and 2nd tier
Sector specific (in Italy they are mainly focused on public sector)
Feasible to move from there to 2nd tier. Some people manage to move to MBB directly but it’s not so common
