What is the typical structure of that plan for corporate strategy? In order to present to the CEO.

It's a key "secret sauce" that is one of the key values of MBB - that's what we go there to learn!

You have to be much more specific.
Are you talking a proposal for work (RFP)? Or a project kick-off deck? Or a final deliverable presented to the CEO?
Regardless, for any of these it would be hard to provide an answer as it's very case/client/project/company-specific!
