As a strategy consultant in say PwC or Deloitte Ireland, what kind of case work can I expect? What industries and functions drive consulting work there? Thank you!

Unfortunately, I don´t have personal intel to share with you.
I would try to get info either through networking or even in this page, trying to see whether there are any coaches coming/working in the Irish market, they will for sure have a lot of insightful info to share.

Hi, about cases I recommend checking with HR. They can be classical business cases but I would ask for it, it strongly depends on the interviewer
Regarding the strongest office practices, I would suggest looking at the LinkedIn profiles of the partners

That said, off the top of my head I would presume any of the following:
- Government/NGO
- Financials
- Pharma
- IT/Software
- Resources (e.g. Agriculture, Mining, Fishing, etc)
