Struggling with a Non Profit case .

Hi,

Need help in this question for a non profit case

Your client is a non profit that works with the children to help them improve their self esteem , self reliance and care for enviroment through experience based education : Rock climbing , training in deserts etc . Now the client is thinking of expanding their services to professionals in corporates as well with similar services for team building. What are some of the non financial benefits that the client would achieve by entering into this category ?

1. Improved workshops due to Better talent. You’ll be able to charge a premium, which follows that you can improve your workforce. This will also improve your current workshops.

2. New workshops. Due to improved financials, potentially sponsorship from the corporates.

3. Work diversification. New workshops mean your current and new employees will have more possibilities to work.
