so I was invited to do the SOVA Assessment for Bain & Co. when accessing the test, the assessment only had the personality section questions. aftwr completing it, I got the feedback section, etc. There were no math or verbal reasoning questions or whatsoever. Is that normal?

The Bain SOVA can have quant, qual, and personality or just personality. It depends on the office/country/recruiting level.

Depending on the role and your profile, you might get only certain elements of the SOVA and not all. Sounds normal.
If there was a mistake while administering the test, they should tell you.

You will get different sections depending on the position/office you are applying to, so overall this doesn't sound abnormal to me. However, feel free to check with HR if you are concerned.
