The Solve invitation normally follows the CV screen rather than the application itself, so whether it has arrived tells you roughly where your file stopped, which the silence on its own does not.

A few things I would do this week:

• If no Solve email has arrived, your file most likely has not cleared screening yet. That is a queue outcome rather than a verdict, and at this stage it is worth one status email rather than a rewrite of the CV.
• If the Solve email did arrive and nothing has followed, that is the live part of the process. I would complete or chase the assessment itself, because everything downstream is waiting on it.
• Confirm whether Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and London were one application or three. Those offices do not sit in the same recruiting region, and a file that belongs to everyone in theory tends to belong to nobody in practice.
• Name a first choice office in writing. Recruiters generally will not move a candidate forward while the preferred location is open, and this is the cheapest thing on the list to fix today.

I would make that email short: one office, one question that can be answered in a single line, and no attachment.

I’d definitely follow up with the recruiter at this point. Two months is quite a long time, especially if you haven’t even received the Solve invitation yet. Keep it short and friendly, just mention when you applied and ask whether there is an update on the status of your application.

I wouldn’t assume it means a rejection though. With multiple offices, recruiting timelines can vary quite a bit. If you have any contacts in those offices, you can also reach out informally and ask whether they have any insight into the current timeline.

If I have understood correctly, you have not had the Solve invitation either. Two months with no communication at all, across three offices, usually means a rejection. I would plan on that basis.

I would still write to the recruiting team at the office you care about most and ask where your application stands. A short, factual email is entirely appropriate, and if nobody replies you have lost nothing.

Beyond that, I would treat the CV screen as the step to fix. For a BA application, a referral will make more difference than anything else you can do, whichever office you are targeting.

Ultimately, plenty of people get invited to interview after multiple months (and plenty don't). All you can do in the meantime is keep case prepping and applying to other companies!
