Do MBB offer a signing bonus for associate position with MBA but not as an immediate post-MBA hire (with additional experience after)? Heard that it exists for a structured program, but do they keep it after as well.

They do but the amount can vary a lot depending on a lot of variables. Usually you can receive a bit more immeadiately after the MBA because they help you to pay the penalty for leaving your previous company without finishing the "lock.in" period.
