I recently recieved a fail letter for BCG online case assessment.
Should I reapply to BCG for same consulting full time position or should I wait couple months?

Sorry to hear you did not pass the online case. Unfortunately, you cannot apply again right now. Normally you have a ban which ranges between 12 to 24 months, according to the position and country. If needed, you may clarify that with HR.

I'm sorry but you need to wait at least a year (and up to 24 months) before re-applying again.
Not sure why it would make sense to reapply to a role you have just be rejected for. There should also be a cooling period where you will also need to wait 12-18 months before you reapply. Failing the online test is not just about your test performance but also indirect feedback that your CV is good but not stellar. If you're keen on reapplying, I would work on getting more experience on your CV.
