Seeking advice on how to answer “Why are you leaving your current job?”

If an employer asks why I am leaving my current position, how can I explain that this decision is linked to the fact that my partner has accepted a new job opportunity in another region or country?

I am still currently employed, but I am looking for a new role so I can relocate with them. I want to present this in a professional and positive way. Would it be better to explain it this way, or should I frame it more as “seeking new challenges” or “looking to grow professionally”?

What is the best way to phrase this in an interview so it doesn’t give the impression that I might leave quickly if a similar situation arises in the future?

Thank you for your advice.
