Wondering if folks here are familiar with, and have experience of Revolut's case study interview. Specifically for senior hires. I'd appreciate any tips, suggestions, or direction on how to prepare. For one, I am unsure how relevant the case prep material here is helpful so I haven't used it to make a start.
Revolut's case study interview

Hi there,
I’ve already helped two candidates land offers in Revolut’s Strategy — so I know how the type of questions they ask and how to prepare for that.
If you need help, just drop me a message. Happy to help you get ready and maximize your chances.
Best
Alberto

Hi there,
I have trained some clients recently for Revolut problem solving phase, the cases are usually similar to MBB ones as there are several people there that used to be consultants.
Aim understand the core principles of a case and its parts: case opening, structuring, brainstorm, math, chart reading and overall communication.
Happy to help you prepare for the case, feel free to book an intro session to know more about how I can help you!
Best,
Mari

Hi,
I've helped someone prepare for the Revolut case study before.
If this is for a strategy related role, then yes the consulting case interview prep is useful. Just note that the question/themes will be specific to Revolut's business itself, so best to familiarize yourself with that.
All the best!

Hey Li:)
Yes, Revolut’s case interviews are known to be very practical, fast-paced, and often focused on real business problems, especially for senior roles. You can expect cases with a strong focus on data-driven decision making, growth strategy, product thinking, and sometimes operational scaling. They’re less about traditional consulting-style frameworks and more about logical thinking, business acumen, and crisp communication.
PrepLounge-style cases can help build structure and confidence, but you should supplement with: real-life business problem breakdowns, product teardown exercises, and mock cases focused on fintech or scaling challenges. Also, read up on Revolut’s product lines and recent strategy shifts, they often expect you to tie your thinking to their context.
Let me know if you want to simulate something Revolut-specific!
Best,
Alessa :)

Hi there,
Yes, happy to provide a perspective.
Lots of the senior folks at Revolut are from MBB so you can expect cases similar to those. They might also focus the case on the banking industry and on the types of issues and aspirations that Revolut has at the moment. This way they can get a sense of how you would fit in the current thinking and planning of the company.
Best,
Cristian
