Recruiting process at MBB

If the question is about what is the recruiting process like, I would describe it on a high level as this:

1. Application Screening
   1. Firms will review your CV and/or Cover Letter to determine whether you are a good fit for the company
2. Interviews
   1. Digital assessments
      1. Some firms employ online assessments as a first round to screen candidates
   2. Live interviews
      1. You will be interviewed by a consultant on behavioural questions as well as the case interview
