prompt question

Hello Coaches. A very trivial question. When the interviewer read the prompt. Sometimes i miss key details, which affects how I structure my initial framework. When I do cases from casebook or I ask peers to read the prompt slowly I am able to do good framework, so my question is is it ok to ask from get go the interviewer to read prompt slowly. I dont want to try the strategy of only asking what I miss in the prompt because it may be a lot. so what do you think of the above strategy?  Will it create first impression that I am slow. I realized sometimes getting every details help in structuring the case.
