Hi there,
yes, absolutely fine - on the CV, noone will expect you to explicitly name clients you worked for / with. Rather, suggest you keep sanitized, vague descriptions of those companies. A few examples..
- … a multi-national full-service financial institution,
- … a leading European industrial goods manufacturer
- … a series-D funded edtech scale up
- … a GCC-based government labor market agency

If you are unable to say a client name, you could sanitize it. This is very common in consulting resumes.
E.g. “Executed $600M sourcing project for a leading technology player”
As long as it is properly sanitized, there is no way anyone can tell which client you worked for, so confidentiality is kept.
Yes, absolutely! As the other's have mentioned, just flag what type of project for what type of firm.

If possible I would add “For a top 3/leading [SECTOR] company,…” to clarify the industry as well. If that’s not possible due to confidentiality, then your structure is fine.

Yes. You're not actually expected to disclose the client name.
It would actually look bad on your if you did.
Give rather an indication of the industry, positioning within the industry, revenue size perhaps.
That should be enough.

Hello,
It’s totally fine (and very common) to sanitize client names! If possible, I would mention the industry and scale of the company, e.g., “a Fortune 500 CPG company”, “a multinational vehicle manufacturer”, or something like that.
