Has anyone heard about a "power round" at McKinsey? My recruiter had initially told me that I would have two interviews (first round) but I just got an email from her today, three days prior to the interview, that there will be three people interviewing me and that they changed the process call this a Power Round.

Yes! This is a "one and only" interview process. As in, after the 3 interviews, they will make a final decision as to whether you will be joining the firm or not.
