I am wondering if anybody had a good list/overview on who is which Tier (like 1. McKinsey=Tier 1; US and Germany; ...), including ranks?
There are different opinions and probably different perspectives, that's why I'd like to hear your thoughts ...

Tier 1:

BCG
Strategy& (due to pay and prestige of the people they are hiring atm)
Bain (depends - strong name, but a strong focus on PE here)
Tier 2:
SSCO (even though small pretty prestigious in Germany)
Tier 3
EY Parthenon (took over OC&C)
Simon Kucher
Accenture Strategy
Hovarth
LEK
United States
Tier 1:
McKinsey
BCG
