I recently got an interview with Orphoz recruiting for their transformation office roles as a senior consultant. However, I'm more interested in joining McKinsey.
Given that Orphoz is part of McKinsey, is there a way to internally transfer after a given period of time?

from my experience: Orphoz is owned by McKinsey, but it’s not a feeder into McKinsey consulting. Internal transfers into McKinsey are extremely rare and not an official path. If your goal is McKinsey, treat Orphoz as a good job but not a stepping stone. You’d still need to apply to McKinsey separately later through the normal experienced‑hire process.
