Opinion on BTS, type of work and exit opportunities

Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody here had worked for BTS, either Europe or US, and what your take is on the firm's culture, reputation, clients, etc.

Also, as they specialize in implementation -- mainly focusing on the People side of companies (workshops, assessments, trainings, simulations, etc), I wonder how much of the traditional business analysis and strategy design you might be missing out on.

Finally, what exit opportunities do you reckon ex-BTS consultants typically go for. Even though clients are Fortune 500, some people seem to think the natural exit is to HR or tech-related positions.

Thank you for any insights you might have!
