OC&C Willo One-Way Video Assessment

Yes, the OC&C Willo interview has 4 questions. The first is “Why OC&C?”, then usually one behavioral (like a teamwork or challenge story) and two short business case questions. You’ll get a few minutes to think before recording each answer.

I would practice motivational questions (e.g., why do you specifically want to join them) and situational (e.g., what would you do in a situation where your manager told you to X) and behavioral (e.g., tell me a story about a time when you...). 

I'm not certain the interview contains a case component. It's best if you validate that directly with the recruiter. They won't tell you the exact questions, of course,  but they should be able to give you some high level guidance on what to expect in terms of the format of the questions.
