Are you noticing any pick up in Middle East Hiring for main firms (ie: MBBs, OW, etc...)?

Nobody has responded to this question yet.
Unfortunately, not from what I've been told, at least across the MBBs.
There are still occasional openings, particularly for candidates with highly relevant experience or strong referrals, but I wouldn't characterize the market as having picked up meaningfully yet.

Still, that doesn't mean they are not hiring at all. Reach out to the recruiters to discuss the current status.
