I've received an email yesterday from Mckinsey Recruiting that I'll receive in a separate message instructions and a link to solve mckinsey assessment game, however I still haven't received it yet.
What is the typical delay between this mail and the mail in which you have the link of the assignment?

I would expect they should let you know within a week. If that’s not the case, I would reach out after that to align on the process.

I would wait a few days (yesterday isn't long enough). If you haven't received it by mid next week then you can absolutely reach out to check.

Give it a couple of days. It doesn't happen instantly.
If you haven't heard back from them in a week, then I'd follow-up.
