McKinsey R2 Scheduling

I have applied for a BA Intern position at a small European McKinsey office, and even though I was informed at the start of the process that R2 is 2 interviews, the last one being with a partner, I was only scheduled for one with an EM from a bigger office. Also, since then it's been 6 working days and complete silence. How should I interpret that? My feedback from R1 was mostly good with one are for improvement.

Hi,

Sometimes the process lapses and they don't get back in a timely fashion for a variety of reasons. Often times they may just have challenges finding availability of the interviewer. I wouldn't worry about it, and instead just wait a few more days before following up.
