I recently had a final round with McKinsey and am awaiting the result.
A few friends heard back the day of, so I'm a bit nervous (I had mine last Friday).
I did notice that on the dashboard this morning, my application went from being marked as “Open” to “Closed” but nothing else. I was wondering whether this indicates that I did not receive an offer (since nothing has appeared on my dashboard)?

You never know until you actually get the call! I definitely wouldn't rely on the application dashboard.

I recommend reaching out to HR early next week (give them a week to process things) if you haven't heard back yet.
Sometimes they're too busy to tell you (yes or not), other times you're the “backup” offer and they're waiting for their top choice to confirm/deny the offer.

Closed in the portal likely just means that a decision has been made, however, not been communicated yet.

Don't worry about the application dashboard, wait till you get the call. I agree with Ian that it's a good idea to follow up if you haven't heard anything after a week or so, but this could be due to multiple reasons so there's no need to assume the worst just yet. Fingers crossed!
